- Dog / cat - if educated - € 8,50 per day without food - please bring the basket for your pet
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms
- Room and floor we can not agree with your reservation. We try to consider your wishes

Cancellation Policy:
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply – General Terms and Conditions
- The confirmed arrival and departure days are binding for guest and landlord.
- The cancellation fees can be found on our online booking portal or your booking confirmation.
- in case of late arrival and early departure we charge the total booking amount = 100%
- Booking are only valid in writing. Your booking will be binding upon receipt of your booking confirmation within two days.
Parking:
There are parking spaces in front of the house and also after availability.
Unfortunately we can not reserve you any parking spaces.
Forgot something:
On request we will send you forgotten items by cash on delivery.
Additionally:
If the prices differ in the reservation confirmation then the prices quoted in the price list always apply! With this price list all previous ones lose their validity, price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes of offer reserved. Price advantages can only be claimed once per booking. Package weeks, we ask you to book in advance!
